The HomeMore Project

Graphic design, social media, and print for The HomeMore Project, non profit from California that gives Makeshift Traveler survival backpacks to people experiencing unsheltered homelessness.

Makeshift Traveler Social Series

The Makeshift Traveler is HomeMore’s flagship project — a backpack designed specifically as a portable kit for people living outside. I created this illustrated series to explain what it is and what sets it apart from a regular bag.

Traveler IInstruction MManual

Every Makeshift Traveler ships with an instruction manual I designed and updated across multiple versions. It covers the backpack’s components, how to pack it efficiently, and care instructions, complete with illustrations.

Annual Report

A 2024 annual report highlighting HomeMore’s education programming. I designed and laid out this page including this spread on the LearnMore Blog and its county-level research into homelessness across California.

Article Graphics

Cover graphics for HomeMore’s LearnMore Blog, which publishes weekly articles on homelessness policy, research, and advocacy. Each piece was designed around the article’s specific topic while keeping to a consistent visual system across the series. Before we standardized the format our little design team had to do about a million of these. These are the cream of the crop.
